Bio
Over the years of working with code as a full-stack software engineer I have had the opportunity to design, implement and maintain small websites, distributed systems, large in-house systems, small and large online stores, and made many optimisations of both web page load time and server resource usage.
As a team leader I organised and managed the work of development teams, proposed and conducted meetings with both regular and new clients, and was partially responsible for the business unit development.
My work is always focused on the software usability and its appeal to the end user. As of today, I feel best in front-end technologies, and in consulting and implementation of e-commerce businesses.

Freelance
From 2014 to 2017 I was working as a freelancer. Most of my clients were small businesses looking for an inexpensive website refresh, pagespeed optimisation, or a simple tool that’ll help them with daily operations.

Taking up the challenge, I was hired as a Regular full-stack software engineer in 2017. For the first time I had a chance to work on a complex project from scratch, starting from the client's ideas, through design, implementation and deployment. This employment came to an end in December 2018.
MoveCloser
I started working for MoveCloser in January 2019. While working for a software house, I was responsible for multiple projects in different business areas. Large projects have allowed me to advance my career faster, and I was quickly promoted to senior software engineer. In a short period of time, I also became a team leader.

words
I believe that a good understanding of basic concepts and principles is essential to becoming good at anything. Because of this, and the art of asking "why?", I am able to continually improve.

PS.
I am a huge motorsports fan! I enjoy watching the entire LeMans 24h race and haven't missed a single F1 race since the 2020 season (except for the 2021 Belgian GP, but you know...). When I'm not watching races I try to replicate lap times on a simulator I've been building since 2021 or produce amateur hip-hop music. Of course, I also play games. I'm not into single player titles though.
